Welcome to Episode 2 of Wine Down Wednesday!
Last week we moved a little bit with some standing heart opening poses. In today’s video, we’ll be exploring meditation more in-depth with a new moon practice called “So Hum”.
Meditation is a wonderful practice to create stillness and tap into our deepest emotions and thoughts. I am the first to admit that I run myself thin with my consistently evolving to-do list. If I don’t make time for consistent meditation practice, I begin to notice that I am constantly in the spin zone where I can’t catch groundedness.
If you’re like me, I highly encourage you to try out meditation if you are not already a practitioner and see how it can benefit multiple avenues of your life. Today’s meditation practice is simple and light where you can enjoy 3-5 minutes of this technique in small moments of your day; right when you get up in the morning, before bed, or after a meal.
